RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Brand new unworn, unwashed clothing (and shoes) with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. 

 All vintage items and accessories such as jewelry, intimates, beauty and home good items are final sale only.  We do our best to list as much info as possible for each item but please do not hesitate to request more information and photos prior to the purchase!

• New/Not Vintage: Many items will not have a return shipping fee. Please see item description or contact us for further questions.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS: If a damaged item is received you must notify Discover Mélanges within 5 days of receipt.  It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 5 business days of receipt. All damaged items must have tags attached and be in unworn condition. Damages resulting from cutting package with scissors and cutting garments will not be replaced. 

All returned vintage items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds. Non vintage items may be returned and must be received within 14 business days of receiving the order. If return is not received in 14 days, your return will be subject to store credit.

Once we receive returned packages we inspected & process returns within 7-10 business days. We are not responsible for any shipping costs, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
